DMX tried to fix fight?

It appears rapper DMX has bailed out of his scheduled boxing match with Eric Martinez at Alabama Pride on Dec. 12 because it was going to be -- gasp -- a fair fight.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, DMX's manager Nakia Walker submitted an addendum to the original bout contract stating: "Event Promoter and Management agree that (DMX) is scheduled to win Boxing Challenge."

The addendum also stipulates: "Event Promoter, Management, Other Contenders and (DMX) agree to not release this information to any public or private outlets. The agreement and/or content of this Addendum are deemed confidential."

Since fight promoter Thunder Promotions, refused to sign, the rapper -- real name Earl Simmons -- will no longer be taking part in the event.

To make this whole situation even more ridiculous, Martinez will now face Coolio instead. The two will compete in a kickboxing bout at the event, which is headlined by an MMA match between Jeff Monson and Travis Fulton.
