Guess who's the Christmas Bureau's longest-serving volunteer?
No less than Oiler hockey operations president Kevin Lowe! Kevin has served as an honorary chair or volunteer with the Christmas Bureau since he was a wet-behind-the-ears young Oiler, over 27 different years. This year, with the Oiler Ladies, he's co-honorary chair. At yesterday's kick-off were Ornella Moreau, Susannah Staios and Cindy Horcoff. Coming up Dec. 11, the friends-of-the-Oilers Copper Jackets Lunch for the Christmas Bureau, in the Shaw Confeence Centre and the Oiler Ladies' Ornaments of Hope sale at the Oiler game Dec. 19.
